KÂfemme headquarters and production facility are located in gorgeous old town of Lviv, Ukraine.
2. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our atelier or production facility in Lviv, warehouse in EU or warehouse in the USA.
3. Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most countries. Please check the country list at checkout level or send us an email with your inquiry.
4. How long will I wait for my delivery?
Delivery from our production facility to your address takes from 3 to 8 business days, depending on the country. Orders are dispatched with UPS delivery.
5. How long does it take to make my order?
Processing your order will take between 1 to 5 business days.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we do under these conditions.
7. What size should I pick?
Here is our Size Guide. You will find detailed instructions on how to measure yourself right below the chart. Good measurements will ensure the most luxurious fit.

We pride ourselves on the elegance of every part of our process. All KÂfemme garments are gift packaged. For special arrangements, please contact us with your inquiry at support@kafemme.com
13. Can you leave a special message in the box?
There is no additional cost for a special message placed inside our packaging. Specify the note message in the comment as you checkout or contact us with your inquiry at support@kafemme.com
