At KÂfemme we prioritize the quality of each garment we produce. If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us at info@kafemme.com. 

1. Return Policy
Return Conditions
1. The original tag that the garment came with is not removed. 
2. The garment is returned in its original packaging.
3. The garment is clean and unworn.
Steps to Take
1. Send us an email to info@kafemme.com within 3 business days after item reception.
2. Recieve an online refund form and return address from our team.
3. Fill out the refund form and submit it.
4. Ship the garment in its original packing to the return address within 5 business days after garment reception. We do not cover the return shipping fees. Note! The parcel must have a tracking number
5. Send us a photo of the check and a tracking number. 
6. Once your item is received, it is inspected. If the garment is in its original condition, and the tag is not removed, you are fully refunded within 5-10 business days. If the product tag is removed and/or the garment is not in its original condition, we will ship the product back to your address. 

Customized garments (color switch, lace color switch, sizes above 2XL), and garments in pure silk are not eligible for returns. 


2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations requested over 12 hours after the purchase are not accepted. 

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted. There is an extra shipping fee we charge to send you a new product. Please contact us at info@kafemme.com to receive a precise number.

Steps to Take

2. Recieve an online exchange form and return address from our team.
3. Fill out the exchange form and submit it.
4. Ship the garment in its original packing to the return address within 5 business days after garment reception. We do not cover the return shipping fees. Note! The parcel must have a tracking number
5. Send us a photo of the check and a tracking number. 
6. Once your item is received, it is inspected. If the garment is in its original condition, and the tag is not removed, we will send you the exchange product after the new shipping fee is paid via your selected payment method. If the product tag is removed and/or the garment is not in its original condition, we will ship the product back to your address.
